Deluxe rangehood offers Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. We use DHL, Fedex, Parcelforce, USPS, TNT or UPS depending on your location.
Please allow 7 days after your payment date for the arrival of the order.
Should you request it, we will supply you with an online tracking number.
Deluxe rangehood will pay all custom duties in advance.

Please contact us to have the shipping address for return and please do not send the item back to the same address of shipping.
If you received damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service within and no later than 5 business days.
Please note that the return must be requested within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery and that the shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
The product must be sent back to deluxe range hood within 10 days from the date of delivery.
A 10% restocking fee on the entire value of the order (item(s) + shipping) will be applied when returning the goods to us.
The shipping cost will be paid by Deluxe rangehood only when the return is a result of our error.
No fees are due if the return is caused by a fault on our part (wrong order shipped, etc.) Your purchase is shipped brand new.
Items that you return to Deluxe rangehood must be in the same new condition as they were received.
All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition before the can be accepted for a total refund.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperworkÕs (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit.
Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition.
Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost.
Product that has been used or abused with not be exchangeable or returnable.
